Terms and Conditions

Workshop fees are due one month prior to the Workshop date. Catapult reserves the right to cancel a Workshop and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, any fees already paid will be refunded. As Catapult incurs substantial administrative costs prior to Workshops, the following policy applies to participant withdrawal and deferral.

If the participant withdraws more than six weeks before a Workshop, Catapult will provide a full refund. Participants are allowed one free deferral to another Workshop within 12 months, provided they notify Catapult in writing no less than four weeks before this Workshop. If less than six weeks notice is provided for withdrawals and deferrals, the following fees are payable:

	14 days or less	15 to 28 days	29 to 42 days
Withdrawal	100% of Workshop fee	50% of Workshop fee	50% of Workshop fee
Deferral	50% of Workshop fee	50% of Workshop fee	No charge

Substitutes may attend a Workshop in place of another person provided notice is given in writing to Catapult.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

I understand and agree to the above terms and conditions. Upon registration, I/my organisation will become liable for the Workshop fee and will be bound by the terms and conditions.

Payment details

Workshop fees $650 + GST per workshop.*

* The Leading a High-Performing Team Workshop costs an additional $500 + GST because it includes a comprehensive Team Assessment report.

Upon completion of this registration form an invoice will be emailed to you. No further statement will be issued.
